Here’s the skinny. Our brains are programmed to think about what we don’t have, and then feel bad about not having it. It’s basically the best way to get you to buy into stuff your don’t really want.
It’s not your fault. We aren’t typically taught to think for ourselves on purpose, and it’s definitely time for that to change!
This is a simple and easy way to retrain the brain, and it actually works. Turns out the brain is pretty easily convinced.
I defined the word “positivity” and found a whole new approach. This is by far my favorite defintition….
- Positivity- 2. the presence rather than absence of a certain substance, condition, or feature.
